Colle di Tramonte is a beautiful and a typical Tuscan house made of stones, which is set amidst hills. The house disposes of a wonderful covered outdoor area for your dining al fresco, also of a private swimming pool (7 x 4 m, depth: 1.20 m) which is at your exclusive use. It is the ideal choice for families with children or who loves quietness or strolls in full nature.
Entrance on the ground floor: living-cum-kitchen with stove (2 electric hotplates), oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, dining table, exit onto the outdoor area which is equipped with a big table chairs for your dining al fresco. Utility room with washing machine, 1 room with 2 double bed settee, SAT-TV, exit onto the garden, 1 bathroom with basin, wc, bidet, shower. 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 bunkbed, 1 bedroom with 1 French sized bed (width: 1.40m), 1 bedroom with four poster bed, big window-doors and views onto the surrounding hills, 1 bathroom with basin, wc, bidet, shower. The holiday home is surrounded by a spacious garden, which is set in terraces and which is at the exclusive disposal of the guests. There is also a swimming pool in the garden (half built in earth 7 x 4m, depth: 1.20m), equipped with deckchairs and sun-umbrellas. The house is tastefully furnished in country style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and modern comfort, but although the charm of the stone-cottage was kept. Warm water, heating and air-conditioning (GREEN) is provided with solar collectors and panels. Parking within the grounds. The spacious grounds is subdivided into two parts, divided by a hedge the owners villa lies next door; the owners do not use at all the garden and the swimming pool, therefore it is at the exclusive use of the guests.
