The characteristic hamlet of Piazzano is located on the green hills between Lucca (about 10 km) and the sea (about 20 km). Casa Flora, is an antique, completely independent house which lies in the hamlet of Piazzano; the 1st floor was converted into a cozy holiday home, the ground floor remains closed.
This house is an ideal choice for families with children a completely fenced garden (about 300 sqm) with olive groves and a swimming pool (set on earth, 5,50 m x 3 m, depth: 1.30m) also good for small children, is at the guests disposal. The pool area is equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella, table, chairs and barbeque. Within an external staircase from the garden access to the 1st floor: terrace (about 12 sqm) with a table and chairs, where you may have your breakfast and at the same time you may enjoy the magnificent views onto the surrounding hills. Parking in the vicinity of the house.Casa Flora is a good departure point to discover the wonderful cities of Tuscany, such as Florence, Pisa, Siena, San Gemignano, Volterra or to spend a relaxed day at the beaches of the Versilia or to explore the dunes of the nature park of Migliarino.
Traditional country kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, table and chairs in front of the fire-place (the owners put, during low season, the wood for free at the guests disposal), dining room with a big table, benches und chairs (space for 10 persons), TV, 1 single bed settee, 1 room with 1 double bed settee; this room may also be used as a small living with TV, games and play station for the kids. 1 bathroom with shower (box), wc, bidet, washing machine, 1 double bedroom, pastel colored walls, with a 1 bunk bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and sink. The furnishings are in Provencal style pastel colors such as light blue and Lila; the owner decorated with great care each piece of furniture including the doors therefore the house give a very warm ambiance. The house disposes of a safe, highchair and baby bed.
