The house is surrounded by over two hundred olive trees that create a perfect setting for a holiday in complete tranquility and privacy in direct contact with nature. Lovable the large garden, with a rectangular-shaped swimming pool isolated from the house to ensure privacy, where there is also a barbecue area. The infinity pool, at the back of the Villa, measures 17 meters long by 5 wide and has a depth of 1.40 meters with the possibility of using a beach area to lie down or sit on the water. By the pool there is a solarium with sun loungers equipped with mattresses and a wrought iron gazebo with sofas. Inside the property there is also a private chapel still consecrated. The Villa can also host meetings, courses and corporate events, small religious ceremonies and is capable of hosting up to 50 people.
