jr.suites & suites: very large and nice rooms, very different from one another in that some of them have their own sitting room, some have original frescoes on walls and ceilings, some have magnificent view over the Duomo square and cathedral. All jr.suites and suites are fitted with satellite flat screen plasma TV (both in the bedroom and in the sitting room when present), dvd player (a film library is available), minibar, direct dial telephones, safe, air conditioning/heating, internet access. The private marble bathrooms all have hair dryer, heated towel rack, magnifying mirror, bathrobes and towels and bathtub plus shower (often separated). Double rooms (standard - superior - deluxe): fairly large rooms with one double bed (or twin beds on request). They are furnished with a coffee table and one or two chairs, some of them have a little sofa. They are fitted with satellite plasma TV, minibar, direct dial telephone, safe, private air conditioning/heating and internet access. All of them have a large, private marble bathroom with hair dryer, heated towel rack, bathtub and shower and one or two wash-basins.

Recently, the residence was completely renovated without altering its features and maintaining the fascination of its past history. Rooms are large, have high painted ceilings, frescoed walls and are elegantly decorated. All rooms have "en suite" bathrooms, fitted in marble. The whole residence is air-conditioned. Furthermore, thanks to the fact that, Duomo square has recently become a pedestrian-only area, our clients' wellness and comfort have improved. Indeed, we are now surrounded by absolute silence and unpolluted air.
