For our two rooms we have also chosen simple names referring to their styles and furnishing. These rooms are connecting and can be transformed into a handsome first floor flat. The Villino il Leone has four flats which have been finely refurbished and each one is furnished in a different style to make your stay unique and original and to satisfy all the needs of our clients. All flats are air-conditioned and have satellite television, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. One of the flats, with a private garden, welcomes cats and dogs. Both rooms are air-conditioned and have satellite television and wireless Internet connection. ETHNIC Room: We have chosen a fine nut floor for this room, wich has a double bed with bed posts, a single bed and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer. It has been carefully furnished, and great attention to detail has been taken to make your stay even more romantic. BAROQUE Room: This flat is very light due to fine vitraux on two of the walls. It is furnished in white barroque style and has a double bed, a single bed, a bathroom with shower and hair dryer, as well as satellite television, and wireless Internet connection. This room is ideal for newly-weds who can delight in the view over the villa garden and Florence beyond.

The B & B Villino il Leone is located at Nos. 12 and 14 of Via Lorenzo Bellini, in one of the most elegant and characteristic quarters of Florence, surrounded by many period villas and historical gardens. The entry point for those arriving from Firenze Certosa and the entry of the Boboli Gardens is five minutes away from Piazzale Muchelangelo, from where a breathtaking view of Florence and of the Valley of the Arno can be admired. Walking through the Boboli Gardens one arrives in a few minutes at Palazzo Pitti, the former residence of the Medici. Continuing the walk, always following the shadow of the Corridoio Vasariano, one arrives at Ponte Vecchio and the Galleria degli Uffizi. Public transport, buses Nos. 36 and 37 and at night bus No. 12, stops fifty metres away from the B&B, on Via Senese, and allows for an easy connection with the cnetre of Florence and Santa Maria Novella Railway Station. It is also possible to park on the street near the villa within the blue stripes marked on the ground.
